Anthony J. Ferrante – President & CEO

Mr. Ferrante is the founder and President of Reliant Healthcare Management, Inc. Reliant Healthcare Management, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide a broad array of services to the Long Term Care Industry. Mr. Ferrante has acted as Chief Operating Officer of Catholic Medical Centers of New York, with oversight of four hospitals and three nursing facilities throughout the city. His previous roles included COO of a national long-term care corporation servicing 52 nursing facilities generating $86 million in annual sales. Mr. Ferrante also operates multiple ancillary support service divisions to include medical equipment and supplies, enteral nutrition supplies and billing and agency staffing services. The Company was established in April 1998 and is located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Ferrante is responsible for providing leadership, strategic planning and supporting operations management.

Joseph N. Travaglini - Senior Vice President

Mr. Travaglini recently joined Reliant Healthcare Management, Inc., as a Senior Vice President. He is responsible for executing the strategic growth plan of the Company, including the acquisition of Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. In addition, Mr. Travaglini directs the negotiation of third-party management contracts and leasehold agreements. He has spent the bulk of his career in healthcare, focusing on the long-term care industry, while concentrating on finance and mergers and acquisitions. His background includes experience in both public accounting and investment banking, and he spent over 12 years as a Senior Vice President with Genesis Health Ventures, Inc., a company that became one of the largest publicly held nursing home companies in the United States.

Anthony J. Sciole, CPA – Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer for Reliant Healthcare Management, Inc., Mr. Sciole provides oversight and hands on financial management support to Reliant and its affiliated organizations. He directs the financial reporting for the Company, implements systems of internal control and is involved in new business development and acquisitions. Mr. Sciole is responsible for assessing reporting mechanisms, evaluating the financial support team, and the development of financial management tools for operational support.

Therese T. Jackson, NHA – Vice President of Operations

Ms. Jackson is responsible for daily oversight of facility-based operations to include regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance. She has more than 20 years of operational expertise in the long-term care industry, to include management positions in both not-for-profit and for-profit entities. Her roles have included both Facility Administrator and Regional Director with responsibility for daily operations and regulatory oversight of multiple locations across Pennsylvania. Ms. Jackson has provided direct oversight to troubled facilities and has successfully returned provisional status centers to full licensure related to both Department of Health requirements and JCAHO conditions of participation. In addition to traditional long-term care settings, her areas of operational management include high acuity units such as specialty ventilator and sub-acute service unit management.

Michael Gardner – Chief Information Officer

Mr. Gardner joined Reliant Healthcare Management in 1998 as the company’s Chief Information Officer. Mr. Gardner has overall responsibility for the company’s computer network software and hardware systems, business and accounting software and support that service approximately 400 employees. In addition, through management contracts, he provides support for ten long-term care nursing facilities, one central accounting processing site and one corporate executive office consisting of approximately 3,000 employees. Mr. Gardner developed an information support system for long-term care nursing facilities and related financial management, which was successfully integrated with existing internal financial systems.

Virginia Mulfino, RN, CRRN – Director of Clinical Services

Ms. Mulfino is responsible for oversight of clinical performance and outcomes for our long-term care providers. She possesses 20+ years of clinical leadership experience in both acute and long-term care facilities acting in various managerial positions to include Director of Nursing Services, Corporate Quality Assurance Nurse Liaison, and Case Manager. She has a strong track record of regulatory compliance and has achieved deficiency-free Department of Health surveys related to nursing care and services. She has successfully implemented clinical pathways to support financial management of higher-acuity residents while maintaining positive outcomes. Ms. Mulfino’s expertise also includes coordination of major managed care corporations to facilitate adequate reimbursement for short-term clients and efficient case-management systems for multi-facility providers resulting in stabilized census.

Sherri Babroff, RN – Clinical Coordinator

Ms. Babroff provides clinical support to nursing care centers through quality assurance monitoring activities. She possesses 15 years of clinical experience in both acute care and long-term care settings. She has acted as Director of Nursing for skilled nursing centers, and held multiple management positions in the Philadelphia region specializing in orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory, and trauma services. Her expertise includes development of clinical policies and procedures, implementation of clinical pathways, and management of sub-acute services. Ms. Babroff acts as a clinical liaison for multi-site facilities.

Nancy J. Urich, RN, MPA, NHA – Clinical Reimbursement Consultant


Ms. Urich is a Registered Nurse and licensed Nursing Home Administrator with more than 20 years of long-term care experience in a variety of roles. She currently acts as an Independent Consultant specializing in Long Term Care Reimbursement to multiple facilities across the state. She has a successful track record of improving MDS documentation and PA case mix index management that has subsequently resulted in more accurate reimbursement for services provided. Ms. Urich acted as the Director of Clinical Services for Brandywine Senior Care, operator of 22 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities with annual revenues of $185 million dollars.

Lora White-Green, RN, CNDLTC – Clinical Liaison

Ms. White-Green has over twenty years of clinical experience in both Acute and Long Term Care. Her areas of expertise include policy and procedure implementation, clinical risk-detection and solution implementation, system development, and staff education and quality assurance oversight. She has acted as Director of Nursing Services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and served as a regional nurse for several major healthcare organizations. Ms White-Green’s background includes Long Term Care Nurse Consultant and Federal Monitor Consultant Services. She has successfully assisted with facility turn-around process to include immediate jeopardy situations and participated in long-term solution implementation to assure ongoing regulatory compliance and full licensure status. Ms. White-Green has also developed and presented industry educational programs targeted at Long Term Care Risk areas.
